This page describes accepted data, AI processing, actual retention periods and deletion procedures after those parameters are technically verified.
The demo form collects a name, company, phone number, work email, business area, approximate document volume and workflow description. Do not send passports, passwords, API keys or documents belonging to other people through the form.
The website does not upload documents through the demonstration form. If you separately connect the document-processing service, data may be processed on the server and by an external AI provider. Review those processing arrangements before using real documents.
Retention periods for enquiries, technical logs and processing results depend on the actual service configuration and are confirmed separately. Send data deletion requests to info@adre-cloud.app.
