Terms of use

General rules for using the ADRE website and document processing service. Prices, processing volumes, payment and refund arrangements are agreed separately before paid services are enabled.

1. Service and owner

ADRE is owned by Абышев Ержан, an individual. The website presents the platform’s capabilities; the application is available at https://adre-cloud.app. For service enquiries and requests, contact info@adre-cloud.app or +1 312 909 9055.

2. Purpose of ADRE

ADRE helps identify document types, extract fields and tables, check values and export results. Available features and limits depend on the service arrangement. Website demonstrations illustrate functionality and do not guarantee the same outcome for every document.

3. Your documents and rights

Only upload documents you are entitled to process and share with the service. You must have an appropriate legal basis for documents containing other people’s personal data. You retain your rights to the original documents; uploading them does not transfer ownership to ADRE’s owner.

4. Reviewing AI results

Automatic recognition can produce errors, particularly with poor images, handwriting or complex layouts. Confidence estimates do not guarantee accuracy. Check names, account details, dates, amounts and other important values against the original before using the results. Results do not replace legal, financial or other professional review.

5. Privacy and storage

We do not store users’ documents on ADRE servers. Keep your own originals and any results you need: the service is not a document archive. Processing may involve the external AI provider Gemini, whose arrangements are considered separately. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

6. Safe use

Do not share passwords or API keys with unauthorised people. Do not use the service for unlawful data processing, distributing malicious files, bypassing access restrictions or disrupting the platform. Observe agreed request limits and respect other users’ rights.

7. Paid services and ending use

Before payment, the price, processing volume, access period, cancellation and refund arrangements must be defined. This page does not establish automatic renewal, non-refundable payments or specific prices. Contact the owner to end your use or discuss a refund. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, connection failures or external provider outages may interrupt the service. Any availability guarantees and support timeframes are set out separately. Report the time and description of an issue to the owner without sending passwords or API keys. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and enquiries

Users must be notified of changes to an existing agreement in the manner and within the timeframes required by applicable law and the agreement. Updating this page alone does not mean a user has accepted new payment obligations. Send questions and complaints to info@adre-cloud.app; your right to contact competent authorities or a court remains unaffected.
