Privacy policy
This page describes information associated with visiting the ADRE website and using the service. This is a draft: external providers’ processing arrangements and enquiry retention periods are still being confirmed.
1. Project owner
ADRE is owned by Абышев Ержан, an individual. For privacy and personal data enquiries, contact info@adre-cloud.app or call +1 312 909 9055.
2. Website and demo form
You do not need an account to view the pages. The demo form includes fields for your name, company, phone, email, industry, document volume and workflow. When submitted, the request is sent to the project owner by email and through the configured Telegram bot. Do not include passport details, passwords or information about other people in your workflow description.
3. Technical information and cookies
When you open the website, your browser sends the server technical information needed to load pages, including your IP address and HTTP request details. Whether logs are kept and for how long depends on hosting configuration and remains to be confirmed. Advertising trackers and analytics cookies have not been added to this version of the website.
4. Documents and AI processing
The homepage animation is an example and does not upload your files. The app link opens a separate service. That service is described as using Gemini to process documents. Before uploading real documents, confirm what data is sent, who receives it, where processing takes place and how data is retained. This page does not yet set out final processing terms for the application.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
Once request submission is connected, contact details are intended to be used to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations and discuss integration. A legal ground for each purpose needs to be determined and disclosed before launch. Visiting the website alone is not consent to advertising or to processing uploaded documents.
6. Retention and deletion
We do not store users’ documents on ADRE servers. This applies to document storage on our side and does not define how external providers, including Gemini, process or retain data. Retention periods for enquiries, technical logs and processing results are being confirmed separately; the statement about not storing documents does not automatically apply to these data categories.
7. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request information about processing and access to your data, seek correction of inaccuracies and, where legal grounds apply, request deletion or restriction of processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also contact the competent personal data protection authority. You can send these requests to the owner at info@adre-cloud.app.
8. Policy updates
This draft needs to be completed after hosting arrangements, processing by external providers and enquiry retention periods are confirmed. When request submission, analytics or new data recipients are introduced, the processing description needs to be updated before they are used.
